As a mom of two and lifelong Western Massachusetts local, I understand how easy it is to put yourself last. I created this space to remind women that self-care isn’t selfish, it’s essential.

Since becoming certified in 2022, I have earned four professional certifications and built my practice around helping women feel comfortable and confident in their own skin.
